About
I am a free lance journalist mainly contributing articles to a Catholic bi-weekly newspaper in English. I belong to the State of Kerala in India, and have just retired as Professor of Business Communication from Rajagiri Business School in Kochi. My interest in the scriptures and its indelible connect with our daily lives and our decision-making faculties has fascinated me, and kept me in awe and wonder at the wondrous wisdom that is revealed to us, as we attempt to delve deeper into the Word, and acknowledge Jesus Christ as the Way, the Truth and the Life. My blog is a natural outcome of this Jesus experience, and hopes to bring others to the same enthralling presence of the Lord.

The festival was a thanksgiving for the first fruits of the harvest , and was also a commemoration of the handing over of the Ten Commandments to Moses directly from the Most High God on Mount Sinai. One wonders why God chose that festival day to fulfil...

A Lenten Reconciliation for the Syro-Malabar Community
Hear us, our God, for we are despised . -Neh 4:4 As faithful Christians, we approach the Lenten period in respectful penitence, truly longing for the reconciliation that God seeks from each of us. Our individual challenge is formidable enough, considering that our selfish tendencies hold sway over our decision-making faculties for most part, leaving little space for reflection on God’s Word and His Way. But now we face a much larger issue. We stand guilty of being an integral part of a...
